You are responsible for your own hotel reservations.

To make hotel reservations:

Please phone Hershey Resorts at (717) 533-3311 and request the PA Newspaper Association/America East room rate of $131 for a single or double, plus taxes.

Rooms are also available at The Hotel Hershey at the rate of $158 plus tax for single or double occupancy. Indicate choice when registering.

Reservations at The Hershey Lodge & Convention Center are on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations in excess of the Lodge's room capacity will be forwarded to the following properties: The Hotel Hershey, The Best Western-Hershey and Hilton Garden Inn-Hershey. Overflow hotels are within five minutes' drive time to The Hershey Lodge.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, call your confirmed hotel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival time. Ask for and record cancellation number given at the time of your call and retain this number for three months.

Confirmations will be sent upon receipt of reservation. Room rates vary from one property to another.
