Please phone Hershey Resorts at (717) 533-3311 and request the PA Newspaper Association/America East room rate of $138 for a single or double, plus taxes.

Rooms are also available at The Hotel Hershey at the rate of $166 plus tax for single or double occupancy. Indicate choice when registering.

Reservations at Hershey Resorts are on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, call your confirmed hotel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival time. Ask for and record cancellation number given at the time of your call and retain this number for three months.
