How to Exhibit

If your business involves the news industry, then America East should be part of your business plan. Join the more than 100 companies who, each year, find the benefits of exhibiting at America East to be invaluable.

Booth Space Rental Fees for 2010:
$18.00 per square foot for 160 square feet or less of exhibit space
$17.50 per square foot for 161 to 320 square feet of exhibit space
$16.00 per square foot for 321 square feet or more of exhibit space

Please note:

• The Great American Hall is entirely carpeted. You may purchase additional carpeting, but it is not required.
• Compressed air is available, if ordered in advance.
• Electrical and/or phone supply boxes, cords or other equipment may be situated in or near your booth due to the Great American Hall’s engineering configurations.
• Lobby booths will only be available if the Great American Hall is sold out.
