- Booth space rental fees are very economical. $17.25 per
square foot for 160 square feet or less; $16.75 per square foot for 161 to 320 square
feet; and $15.25 for 321 square feet or more. For a mere $1,380 you can have an
8x10 booth.
- Exhibit floor is compact enough that all booths are easily
seen and visited. And, we will work with you as much as possible to adjust exhibit
space to accommodate your needs.
- Exhibit rental fees include complimentary conference registration
for up to four exhibit personnel per 80 square
feet. Additional booth personnel
are charged a nominal registration fee. Booth personnel receive access to all America
East and e-Edge sessions as well as receptions.
- Complimentary booth furnishings, including a 7” x 42” sign,
one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one wastebasket are provided. Complimentary
chocolate at every turn, too.
- Affordable, professional and friendly service is provided
by Hershey Convention Center staff and Rileighs Convention Services. You don’t have
to deal with large convention center labor issues when you’re in Hershey.
- Free promotion of America East using targeted direct mail
to more than 10,000 potential newspaper attendees in more than 21 states, as well
as advertisements in national and regional newspaper trade publications, America
East’s Web site and other marketing vehicles. Our Web site includes a link to your
Web site.
- Pre and post-show electronic attendee mailing lists provided
only to exhibiting vendors, free of charge. We’ll e-mail it to you prior to the
show and provide an extensive post-show list to you, with valuable demographic and
contact information included.
- Lead retrieval computer system with diskettes and printer
paper are provided to exhibitors, all free of charge. You may also purchase a more
extensive lead retrieval service, if you prefer.
- You get the exclusive opportunity
to advertise in the official
Program Directory distributed to all attendees. Our advertising rates start at a
very low $99.
- A user group or private meeting with your customers is
encouraged. Meeting rooms are provided at no cost to exhibiting vendors. America
East will gladly promote your user group through our marketing materials. In addition,
the professional Hershey Lodge convention services staff will work with you to create
a special event.
- A variety of sponsorship opportunities are offered only
to exhibitors, allowing you to expand your marketing reach. We will work with you
to maximize your marketing efforts.
- Dramatically discounted show passes that only you can purchase
for your special clients and prospects are available. We also provide unlimited
private demonstration passes.
- • Economical overnight room rates which keep your travel
costs manageable. Guest rooms are conveniently located just steps away from the
exhibit floor and meeting rooms. No waiting for shuttles or paying for taxis.
- A Vendor Lounge gives you a quiet spot to enjoy chocolate
refreshments during the busy show hours. Exclusive to vendors only.
- At the Exhibitor Welcome Reception, we thank you for your
support with food and drink. You are also invited to attend the Newsprint Suppliers’
Reception where hundreds of attendees gather.

and concerns and works to make your trade show experience in Hershey profitable,
comfortable and enjoyable!
